Terms and Conditions

- Payment is done through Paypal or Cashapp.- Full payment is upfront. I will then start on a sketch to send you for revision.- Finishing a commission can take me a week or over a month, depending on commission complexity and how busy I am with my career and college.- Once the sketch is finalized and approved by the client, the commission is non-refundable.
However, I will issue full refunds if I am unable to complete your commission for any reason.- My watermark cannot be removed from the artwork.- All commissions are for personal use by default.- My artwork cannot be used for NFTs, crypto-currency, AI prompting, or anything similar.- My work is NOT to be used for the purpose of training Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to generate content, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the work.
Clients do not have permission to sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use my work in any manner for purposes of training AI technologies to generate work.
